After School at Shandon Weekday School

The After-school Program is a great choice for families who want their 5K through 8th grade children to play with friends, enjoy a snack, and get some homework done in a safe, caring environment. Families enrolled after school may attend summers too if they choose.

• Program hours:               
  School year: 2:30 to 6 p.m.
  Summer: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Children are grouped into rooms according to their grade in school.

• Transportation provided in state approved mini buses from AC Moore, Rosewood, Meadowfield, Brennen, Brockman, Satchel Ford Elementary Schools, as well as St. Joseph's and Montessori School of Columbia. Students from Hand Middle School walk one block to our facility along a prescribed route.

• All-day school-age program available subject to Richland School District One's holidays and closings. No additional fee charged on these days. Hot lunches are served.

• Enrichment opportunities in art, dance, karate, soccer, and field trips for an additional fee.

• Snacks provided each day and hot lunches on full days.
